St. Peter's Episcopal Church
The Rev. Patty Mingledorff became a priest associate at St. Peter's in May of 2001. She
recently completed her ministry of liturgical leadership. Once a priest, always a priest, so Patty's ministry will continue here and beyond (thanks be to God!) but she has discerned that she will no longer serve at the altar on Sunday mornings. Patty+ is a native Savannahian married to Fred, also a native Savannahian who attends St. Peter's. They have three children and six grandchildren. Patty attended St. Mary's College in Raleigh, North Carolina, the University of Georgia, Armstrong State University, and the School of Theology, the University of the South.

Clergy & Staff
The Rev. Dr. Doris Buchanan Johnson, Associate Rector, arrived in Savannah from the Diocese of Maryland following 7 ½ years as Rector of St. Martin’s-in-the-Field Episcopal Church, Severna Park. Prior to that she served 7 years as the Associate Rector of St. John’s, Ellicott City, the largest church in the diocese. Her gifts and greatest joys center in building relationships between the people of God as they gather together with God in Jesus Christ through the sacraments of the church; in Christian Education for all ages, from birth to death; in Pastoral Care to all in need of concern or hospitality; and in creation of interactions between members, staff, and clergy. She has two grown children: her daughter, Lindsey, and her husband, Sean, who live in Smyrna, GA with their two children, Madison 13, and Braxton, 10; and her son, Carter, and his wife, Lindsey (no error there!) who live in Gainesville, FL with Doris’ newest grandbaby, Casey Ann, 14 months. Life is full of hope and joy! Contact Doris+ at firstname.lastname@example.org

His wife Lisa and their high school senior son Will love being in Savannah and on Skidaway Island. Hunt has a B.A. in English from Hanover College and graduated with a Masters of Divinity from the Seminary of the Southwest in Austin, Texas. A Kentucky native, Hunt grew up in a small town near Lexington and moved to Atlanta after college to work for Delta, which is also where he and Lisa met.
Hunt’s professional and spiritual interests beyond preaching, teaching, congregational development and pastoral care include contemplative spirituality, peace and justice work in the Holy Land and our own country, discovering ways to stem the corrosive impact of fear on our civil society and working with congregations to be better stewards of God’s beautiful gift of creation.
